After the wedding we headed back to our house in Claremont. The next day Julia opened her presents and we hit the pinata.Julia was kind of indifferent to the pinata. Tyler hated it. Who can blame him, when you think about it. All the trusted adults in his life standing around whacking a giant yellow chicken, yeah it sounds traumatizing.

I will never forget the horror or the ducks head flying off! It was so fun to spend Julia's birthday together. And the club 33 incident...I still can't imagine how so much came from little Julia. You are the greatest mom, and so calm.
ps i watched this again with tyler, and when the body flew off...he said "uh-oh" no crying this time-wahoo for facing his fear. :)
